I have enjoyed writing since I was about ten years old. I think I was probably one of the few students who actually enjoyed getting book report and term paper assignments in high school.

I majored in English and history in college but my career path took me in another direction and I have worked in the building materials industry for over 35 years.

I like spending time with my grandchildren, watching sports, listening to music, and reading. My hobbies are playing guitar and mandolin.
